Smooth uses various types of wood to smoke his entrées at your site. Smooth will arrive 1-24 hours prior to your catered function time. His "homemade" BBQ sauce (tomato-based and/or vinegar-based) will be provided. Any entrée that's left over will automatically belong to the customer.
Add $.50 per mile to all instate catering plus hotel expenses if greater than 100 miles.  Add $1.00 per mile plus hotel expenses for all out of state catering.
